Growing Well
Growing Well is a monthly group for preteen girls in Tallahassee, FL focused on body literacy, consent, boundaries, and safety in a calm, age-appropriate environment.

Many parents want their daughters to grow up feeling confident in their bodies, able to set boundaries, and prepared to navigate friendships, online spaces, and early puberty. At the same time, it can be difficult to know when and how to start these conversations. Growing Well creates a calm, age-appropriate space where girls can learn accurate information about their bodies, practice language for boundaries and consent, and develop self-trust in a supportive group setting.

The group provides clear, respectful education about bodies, emotions, and personal safety while helping girls develop confidence, self-trust, and language for communicating their needs.

Only a few spaces remain in the upcoming group.
