Steinberg Questionnaire
This structured screening tool is designed to help identify dissociative experiences that may be affecting memory, sense of self, emotional connection, or perception of the world. Dissociation is a common nervous system response to overwhelming or traumatic experiences, but when it becomes frequent or disruptive, it can impact daily life, relationships, and therapy progress. This measure does not provide a diagnosis. Instead, it helps guide treatment planning, pacing of trauma work, and decisions about stabilization and coping skills.
