Thank you for your interest in the Growing Well group. This small educational group is designed to help girls develop body literacy, confidence, healthy boundaries, and self trust during the early years of adolescence.

Because the group is intentionally kept small, registration is reviewed before placement is confirmed. Please complete the form below to request a space in the upcoming group.

Session Length: Approximately 75–90 minutes
Group Size: Limited enrollment to support a safe and supportive environment
Cost: Free / donation based
